CANCELLATION POLICY

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or “try before you buy” purchases. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select.

Your payment details will be securely stored, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their subscription period.

If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you may cancel it.

If you wish to cancel or modify your subscription, you may do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order, where you can manage your subscription.

PRE-ORDERS

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or will become available soon and is not yet in inventory.

We may either not charge you at checkout or charge a partial deposit, securely store your payment method, and process and charge the remaining balance at a later date.

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been processed.

Once a pre-order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY

When you purchase an item through a “try before you buy” option, we may authorize your payment method before processing the order.

You will have a specified period of time to decide whether you wish to keep the item.

Once this period has ended, if you have not returned the item, we will charge the full purchase amount to your selected payment method.

Please note: If LUMÉRA does not currently offer pre-orders or “try before you buy,” these sections can remain as standard policy language but will not apply unless those purchase options are made available on the website.
